The Bamboozle is an annual three-day music festival held in Bader Field, New Jersey. The event originally evolved out of the ‘Skate and Surf Festival’, bringing pop and rock music together with skaters. A nice feature of this festival is that every year bands can compete for a spot on the stage. The first edition was back in 2003, however, creator John D left Bamboozle in 2012 due to creative differences with Livenation. He revived the Skate and Surf Festival in 2013, which then continued for a few years. Today Bamboozle festival is back in all its glory.
The great thing about this festival is that many types of music come together. For a long time it hasn’t been the old-style image of ”punk, emo and skaters” anymore. Instead, now there are artists who are loved by the wider audience, from pop music to hip-hop to metal bands. Besides, this festival is much more than music: there is comedy, there is magic, and much more!
